Once upon a time the fairest princess in all the land, the sun god's favorite daughter, walked the shore of Lake Titicaca. A golden mist hung in the air as the princess faded in and out of view. Her hand maidens shivered as the wind ruffled the still lake. Suddenly the princess disappeared. The maidens panicked, running too and fro. A moment later a family of delicate Vicuna emerged from the mist at the water's edge. The fairest animal in all the land.

When I first saw the farm there was a gentle mist settling over the land. I knew there was something very special about the place and there wouldn't be a more fitting home for one of the most amazing animals to grace this world.

We take great pleasure in assisting new owners embarking on this exciting journey, providing mentorship until they feel fully comfortable.
For individuals seeking alpacas but lacking the necessary infrastructure, Pohopoco Creek Alpacas offers agisting services to facilitate the process. We also provide agisting services for alpacas in other circumstances.
